“GrandVista” means Great View
Lea and I began a Journey back in 2008 when we had our first child. We started looking for family-friendly places to vacation that were affordable. We tried several different locales, including Disney. While Disney made for a great outing, we also wanted accommodations better than a hotel so we began to check out VRBO. We found we could get a more enjoyable stay renting from individual owners in great places such as Destin, Panama City Beach, Blue Ridge GA, etc… We rented every year for vacation and eventually became owners ourselves.
We searched for the best Resorts, locations, and properties for families that we could find. And of course, we wanted a great view. So we called our company GrandVista. Whether you’re interested in the Sandcastle Penthouse on the 21 first floor right on the beach, or a log cabin in the foothills of Appalachia with views that span three states, you will have the view that helps you to relax, unwind, and escape the madness.
Lea & Brian
It wasn’t our intention to start a vacation rental business. Lea is a singer, worship leader, Airline employee trainer and most recently Office manager for a large private school institution in south Atlanta. Brian was a long-time operator of a small concrete construction business in Atlanta. But after renting vacation properties for years with our three children, we thought we could do better.
