Highland Haven Check Out Instructions

  1. Check out is 10am Eastern Time.
  2. Please start a load of towels in the washing machine. DO NOT strip the beds.
  3. Please start a load of dishes.
  4. The trash company will not haul away trash if it’s not bagged. Place all trash INTO BAGS and place them in the bins outside, on the east side of the house over by the carport side. If unbagged trash is found in the cans we will incur extra charges to remove it and those charges will be passed on to the guest. If there is more trash than will fit into the bins, please notify us immediately at 678-680-4805 via text or email at brian@grandvacay.com. Thank you for your assistance.
  5. If you have non-perishable food items (k-cups, splenda, spices, etc…) that you wish to leave for the next guest, please place it in the pantry area.
  6. Don’t forget to sign out of all media accounts on any TVs and the Xbox (if you played on it).
  7. Please check each room for any open/unlocked windows, please close and lock all doors and windows.
  8. Turn off all the lights.
  9. Please lock the front door on your way out.
