In The Heights Check Out Instructions

We hope you enjoyed your stay at The Heights! Please help us to get the ball rolling with the following items at check out:

  1. Please start a load of towels in the washing machine. Leave any extra towels in the Laundry Room floor. Do not strip the beds.
  2. Please start a load of dishes.
  3. All trash must be bagged, otherwise the trash company will not haul it away. Place all trash INTO BAGS and place them in the bins outside, on the lower side of the retaining wall. If unbagged trash is found in the cans we will incur extra charges to remove it and those charges will be passed on to the guest. If there is more trash than will fit into the bins, please notify us immediately at 770.652.6996 via text or email at brian@grandvacay.com. Thank you for your assistance.
  4. If you have non-perishable food items (k-cups, splenda, spices, etc…) that you wish to leave for the next guest, please place it in the pantry area.
  5. Don’t forget to sign out of all media accounts on any TVs and the Xbox.
  6. Please check each room for any open/unlocked windows, please close and lock all doors and windows.
  7. Turn off all the lights.
  8. Please lock the front door on your way out.
