Splash Penthouse Check-Out Instructions

We hope you enjoyed your stay at Splash Penthouse 2104 West!

  1. Check-out is 10am central time.
  2. Throw all trash bags down the trash chute provided on the west end of each floor. Please do not leave trash outside the door.
  3. If you have non-perishable food items (k-cups, splenda, spices, etc…) that you wish to leave for the next guest, feel free to leave it in the cabinet.
  4. Please throw all of the towels into the washer and start the washer. Don’t worry about stripping the beds.
  5. Don’t forget to sign out of all media accounts on any TVs and the Xbox (if you played on it).
  6. Please check each room for any open/unlocked windows, please close and lock all doors and windows.
  7. Please load the dishwasher and start it.
