Splash Penthouse Renovation 2021

Even though this unit stayed busy all year long, we wanted to remake the style into something more modern, warm, and inviting. It took us about a week to:

• Repaint entire unit
• Replace furniture in living/dining/bedrooms
• Install new appliances
• Install shiplap on 1 long wall
• Install barndoors on kids bunk area
• Replace hardware on all cabinets
• New shelving/wall decor/light fixtures
• New doorknobs/thermostats
• Various repairs
