The Overlook Check Out Instructions

  1. Check out is 10am Eastern Time.
  2. Please start a load of towels in the washing machine. Don’t worry about stripping the beds.
  3. Please start a load of dishes.
  4. Please drop off any trash at the trash facility on your way out at the north gate. I know taking trash is a pain but I promise that you are not being singled out! Trash trucks are not permitted on Big Canoe roads, so everyone in Big Canoe has to take their own trash to the facility.
  5. If you have non-perishable food items (k-cups, splenda, spices, etc…) that you wish to leave for the next guest, please place it in the pantry area.
  6. Don’t forget to sign out of all media accounts on any TVs and the Xbox (if you played on it).
  7. Please check each room for any open/unlocked windows, please close and lock all doors and windows.
  8. Please lock the front door on your way out.
