This is where building gets fun, when the walls and roof go up. So much visual impact in just a week!

The front of the building will be brick, similar to the construction 5 years ago at 1425, just next store. In fact, these buildings are the same in almost every way. This building is approx 2′ taller which will give prospective tenants the option of a second story buildout if they want it, and all roll-up doors are on the rear of this building, in contrast to 1425, where roll-up doors are stationed around the entire building.

Single sloped roof, no interior columns, plenty of windows on the front 25% of the building (where the office buildout will be located)
