First, I have to give a huge shoutout to the hosts for their communication. I probably drove them crazy with all of my questions about early check-in and late check-out, but they were always so kind, quick to respond, and incredibly accommodating. They made the entire process so easy, and we really appreciated it.

The condo itself was beautiful. It was clean, well-kept, and the views were absolutely amazing. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.

This is my second time staying in Panama City Beach, and I know it’s pretty common for there to be a little sand residue on the floors no matter how well a place is cleaned. Honestly, when we arrived there was hardly any at all, so the cleanliness was great. The only small thing I noticed was that one of the beds felt like there may have been a little sand in the sheets, but it wasn’t a big deal and definitely didn’t take away.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Absolutely beautiful & modern. It was perfect for our family of 5. If you’re looking for a clean place close to everything, this one is perfect.

Brian and Lea’s place was absolutely wonderful! The views were amazing and everything was so clean. The decor was top tier best condo I’ve ever had to pleasure of staying in. The atmosphere was great as well plenty to do in walking distance. If you’re looking for a great place to stay definitely book here you will not be disappointed!!

The condo was quiet, good location, close to elevators on the top floor so no walking down long hallways. Host was very responsive, we had one minor issue and it was handled immediately.
Check-in and out is easy with clear instructions.

We had a grate time at their place, we enjoyed the view from the 23rd floor and the amenities at Calypso

This condo has an absolutely breathtaking view and is decorated so beautifully! Brian and Lea were very quick to respond to any questions and had very helpful resources.

Our daughters Last High School Spring and we had some reservations about PCB , but it totally exceeded our expectations. The condo was PERFECT in every way, walkable to the pier and Pier Park. Personally wasn’t a fan of restaurants at Pier Park, but highly recommend Grand Marlin and Capt Andersons which was a short drive. We had FRONT ROW seats (best seats on beach) to the Air Show it was absolutely amazing. The PCB police did a fantastic job of keeping the spring break crowd in control… so shout out to local law enforcement. The beach service and beach were pristine. The pools were fantastic and very clean. Host made everything about this trip super easy as they were very responsive and the condo was top 3 of our travels. Not one issue with parking or elevators. Can’t wait to return to Brian and Lea’s condo!

Celebrated our granddaughters 8 th birthday with the family! She had a great time and loved the pools!!

Amazing spot, Amazing view, and close to Pier park. Must have if you’re going to Panama City. Didn’t have to use my car 1 time and I had 3 kids with me 13,10, and 2 year old.

My daughters, grand daughter & I had an enjoyable & peaceful stay!
The view from the 23rd floor was spectacular. We even spotted a stingray & dolphin enjoying a morning swim.
The penthouse was sizable, nicely furnished & comfortable. The ocean view bedroom was everybody’s favorite. The King bed & comfortable bedding provided ample space for the 4 of us to enjoy a movie night during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for light cooking.
Brian was very proactive in making sure we had all important info for an easy check-in & checkout.
Including parking & set of beach chairs & umbrella was a great plus!

Our stay was made wonderful by the ease of communication with the owners and the peace of mind in not worrying about the safety of ourselves or our belongings. The proximity to the beach and ease of access was the cherry on top!

This condo was perfect for our short getaway with teenage kids. The views were stunning and we enjoyed the beach and pool right outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. We also walked to Pier Park for coffee, smoothies, and restaurants.

Wonderful ocean front living space with huge balcony and plenty of space! We have a large family of 6 and loved it. Washer and dryer was awesome to have in unit, amazing sunset views and tons to do within walking distance. Excellent access to the beach and very responsive hosts! Parking access was perfect but make sure to print the parking pass as you will need it to enter and exit the garage. Definitely 5 stars and will stay again if we are in Panama City Beach again in the future!!

We had a great stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! The unit was so nice and clean—perfectly set up for both adults and teens to have their own space and enjoy themselves. The amenities were fantastic; we especially loved the tiki bar, pools, and the reserved beach chairs, which made our beach days super relaxing. Covered parking was a huge plus, and the location is incredibly walkable—just a short stroll to Pier Park for dinner, shopping, and entertainment. We also grabbed some really good coffee and donuts from the Emerald Hub right at the resort.

While the building itself was experiencing some issues with the A/C during our stay, our hosts were incredibly easy to reach and so accommodating and understanding throughout. We truly appreciated their communication and care. We're so thankful for the experience and definitely hope to stay again next time we visit PCB!
