Wonderful stay. Lots of things to do inside the resort. If you have kids I highly recommend.

Such a lovely place to stay!!

The location was great, close to everything. Condo was just like the pictures. There's lots to do at the property for small children. The teenagers loved the beach area.

The provided instructions were great and we had no issues with getting to the unit. The place looks like the pictures but right away we kept finding small things: the two gliding chairs are very well used and have a slight odor to them, the outlet under the kitchen overhang was broken (we just blocked it with stuff so our toddlers wouldn't mess with it and get electrocuted), one of the pop-up stopper drains in the master bath wasn't attached, the washing machine doesn't drain all the water and the night light on the microwave was burnt out. Half the pots and pans are scratched so we didnt use those. It is definitely a very used and worn out unit.

I did message the owners about the concerns and they were very responsive. Since we were hardly in the unit, we didn't think we needed to get things fixed right away so hopefully after this review, everything will be fixed for the next renter.

The views are great, all the towels were nice and we didnt see a single bug the whole time.

Really enjoyed our quick weekend getaway. The condo was amazing, beautiful views, everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again!

This place was beautiful! Enough space for 8 of us & it was squeaky clean! Good location & the benefits are amazing! When my kids got tired of the beach the pools really became what they loved the most!

The condo had all the conveniences that you didn’t know you needed. Incredible views! The unit was clean and easy to find. Everyone at the resort itself was incredibly helpful and nice. Definitely worth visiting again.

The apartment was like the photos. My kiddos enjoyed the pools and kids splash pad. Great access to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants near by. When we arrived the code for the door didn’t work the host fixed that issue right away.
The wristband is enforced so everyone that needs one must have it I liked that.
Grocery deliver was so simply and fast when we arrived an hour later our groceries did as well.

The area is very nice and we did enjoyed our stay it is worth every penny.

Spacious, beautiful unbeatable view, large TV, soundproof and quiet, elevators were fast. Large bedrooms, large bathrooms! Wonderful beds! Great kitchen and dinning room table for puzzles and games. Large balcony’s and wonderful chairs! Can’t say enough, would love to come back!

We had a fantastic time in the condo. It was so spacious and nicely furnished. The splash area, heated pools, and spa were perfect for our October visit. Kids had a great time and I had a nice warm spa to watch them from. The beach was beautiful and only steps from the condo. The on-site restaurant was closed most of when we were there, but we walked to the surf shop across the street and had an easy, short drive to the pier with all kinds of things to do the one day it was too cold for the beach. We ate all our meals at the condo and grocery stores were close and easy to get to for food. Our kids were already asking when we could go back when we were driving home.

space was perfect for a large family or 2 small families. location is within minutes to attractions. amazing view of the water and beach. Kids loved the splash pad, hot tub, and heated pool for after the beach.

My family and I stayed here for our first vacation as a family of four, and it was great. The bunk area was perfect for my kids. The master bedrooms were beautiful. We loved it, and will definitely be coming back!

This is the perfect place for 2 couples with their children. The two masters is great and then a bunk area with its own bathroom.

We stayed with 7 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children and there was plenty of space for us all. Owners are very responsive to messages. The place was absolutely worth every penny. We will book again in the future!!

Great place & amenities for our family especially being right on the beach. Was easy to get in and out & when we had one issue the host was very responsive and quick to get the issue resolved! Our first time in PCB and perfect area near restaurants, shopping and things to do! We will be back again.

Brian and Leas place was clean, clutter free and aesthetically pleasing. We enjoyed the condo and building amenities especially when it was raining. They also provided a Pack and Play and High chair for our baby. We will definitely want to come again.

View was amazing, kitchen and bath was equipped with everything we needed!! Beach access and resort amenities were sooo convenient and enjoyable! Overall great location, enjoyable stay, would return again!

Very appreciative for how quick they were to communicate and how easy they made the process. We quickly had our other reservations cancelled and had less than 12 hrs before we were suppose to arrive. Luckily I found their listing reserved and paid and in no time they confirmed the reservation and gave me everything I needed right away. The place was beautiful, perfect views, and exactly like describe. This was definitely a hit for our group with kids. Plenty of space plus more! We will be back!

Perfect condo for a family beach getaway! Steps from the sand with amazing ocean views, clean and well-stocked with everything we needed—including games for the kids. Great location and not far from restaurants and activities. Great responsive host. We’d definitely stay again!

Place was amazing and communication was on point. I recommend this place for anyone that wants a vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay! We barely left the resort since there was so much to do. Multiple pools, hot tub, and the splash pad was perfect for the kids. We loved that we were a walk from the beach and waking up to the beach right out our window was great! The condo was comfortable but the bunk bed room did get extremely hot during the night for the kids. We would love to visit again one day!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We had 9 people and it fit us comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes (including a crockpot and blender)
The beach was just out the doors and took just minutes to get there. The kids enjoyed the fact that they could go between the beach and pool all day because of their convenient locations next to each other. Water was a bit cool in the pools but nothing we couldn’t handle!
Brian and Lea were wonderful hosts and made sure to send detailed instructions on how to get there and pay for parking as well as a list of some fun local things to do while in town.
We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing time and absolutely loved our stay at Brian and Lea’s penthouse. It was conveniently located right by the elevators and had everything we needed. Our family really enjoyed this portion of the beach and liked how family friendly this resort is. It has multiples pools, a hot tub, splash pad for little ones, and a larger splash pad with two places to get food and drinks. The skybridge was so helpful, we were able to easily unload and load all our belongings and not have to worry about the traffic on the street. We loved the view from the large balcony and the included chairs on the beach made life so easy. Brian and Lea were so helpful and responsive. We can’t recommend this stay enough, you definitely won’t regret booking here.

Brain and Lea’s place is the bomb .com it was everything and more. I loved how detailed and legit everything was. Very responsive nothing that I needed was major but she was very helpful. Just FYI you can rent golf carts and bring it on the property you just have to pay the $35 parking fee for it which isn’t bad. I had a relaxing bday weekend I will definitely be booking again next time with my kids ☺️

Loved the big space they had to offer. Thankful for all the pots and pans they had available. We cooked most nights and lunch time. The view was beautiful. Very clean I must say. We will be back!

We visit Panama City Beach every year and this was one of the better places we’ve stayed!

This room is even better than the pictures! There is plenty of room for the whole family! The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Make sure to bring your binoculars to see some amazing sea life from the veiw up top. Brian and Lea did an amazing job communicating and are great host! This will be our first look when we come back to Panama City Beach!

Such a beautiful stay! Everything was super clean, views are to die for, check in/chair rental was so simple , and parking is easy. Alvins Island is also connected across the street which was so convenient for us. Brian and Lea were extremely responsive and provided much informative for those who like to know every detail like me! Will be staying again!

Wonderful vacation, location was perfect, and the condo was exactly as the description and the photos.
The 2 primary bedrooms, with on-suites, were large and very comfortable.
We didn't use the bunkroom, but it would have been ideal for more family members if needed.
The view gulf from the penthouse was spectacular every day.
Brian was very proactive in sending the information on getting to the condo, parking and other Splash condo information.

The unit was great! It was cleaner than most of the other units we stayed in. Checking in and checking out was seamless and even though we had one small problem with the door lock, they fixed it immediately and we were able to check out and get the rest of our stuff. Highly recommend!

Super condo. Great setting overlooking the beach. The complex was very nice, the pools and waterpark were perfect. Parking was undercover. Communication was superb. I would highly recomend this condo and we would happily stay there again.

Brian and Lea's penthouse apartment far exceeded our expectations.
The parking garage was ideal, especially during the rainy times—it made accessing our vehicles with luggage effortless and kept us dry.
The resort staff were consistently friendly, ensuring we always had smiles on our faces.
Remember to keep your splash pad wristbands on at the pool; they regularly check, which we appreciated. The seamless access to the penthouse condo made us feel like we were in a prank show—just steps away from the elevator to the front door.
The condo was impeccably clean, and it had unexpected perks like a pack 'n play and a baby high chair, saving us a lot of money since we forgot both in Orlando.
From start to finish, the instructions were straightforward and hassle-free.
We're already considering booking this condo again for our next vacation.

Beautiful views and great location

This is a great condo! It is well equipped and has an amazing view. The kitchen has lots of things you might need if you are going to cook in. The hosts were very easy to talk to, and answered all of our questions, and means, in a very timely manner.

Hi this is Juan Sanchez I really recommend this place to stay in Panama beach Florida

The whole apartment was very nice and beautiful however it was not clean the bed sheets were not washed comforter was spotted, dishes was not washed, the floors were not clean. We had the kids be bear foot and the whole floor was extremely dirty. The handle was broken.
There was no AC in the living room area and there was no AC in the bunk room were the kids slept. Kids had to sleep with us because it was extremely hot.
Had to call the owner and the owner was very condescending towards me because i asked why there was no AC in the living area.
Clearly it was not obvious to us on the why the AC was not working and the handle was broken. We had a 10 hr drive you would think the owner would go back and check after the cleaning crew were there. If they take that long to clean the place should have been spotless. And it was not. The rug where the bed was extremely disgusting they should have vacuum it. It was not a comfortable experience considering the amount of money spent on this condo

Our family stayed here for Spring Break along with my wife's sister and her family. We had a total of 4 adults and 7 kids. The dual primary suites were amazing for the adults, and the bunk room worked out perfect for the kids. We didn't even need to use the pull-out couch. The only time we felt a bit tight on space was during the one rain day that we had, otherwise we spent most of our time at one of the pools, on the beach, or out exploring.

Everything in the condo was as described and we found it very clean when we arrived.

As expected during Spring Break the property was quite busy, especially around the pools, but with two pools, the kids play area, and the lazy river, we never really found it over-crowded. The on-site amenities like the cafe/ice-cream shop, bar, and fitness center were all really nice to have as well.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Host were EXTREMELY accommodating. we were able to get in early which was very nice. Condo is set up with guests in mind. Condo kitchen was well stocked. Immediate communication. Our family of 9 was very comfortable. We had a great stay. The facility looks like they are updating. It had a donut/coffee shop in the facility which was nice. We went during off season so check in was a short window, but we had no triuble checking in once the employee was there. The employee was very strict about one person at the counter. Overall staff is friendly (always exceptions of course). We would stay again. Very thoughtful hosts.

Absolutely beautiful location overlooking the beach with stunning views. Very clean and modern, this unit fit our family of six very comfortably. It did lack a few basics like a toaster and cutting board, but that’s splitting hairs. Brian and Lea were very responsive and accommodating and we could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place.

Great place

the host was very easy to communicate with and able to text and ask any questions we had during our stay. the condo itself was o.k. the amount of money we spend to rent for 4 nights, it was very expensive so we epexted things to be in top notch shape. the condo appliances and washer and dryer needs updating. there was a dead bug in the corner of the room, because we moved the chair to set up our pack n play for our baby to sleep. the shower door won't close all the way so the water keeps leaking to the bathroom floor which makes the floor very slippery. the bed in the first master suites is uncomfortable to sleep on. The mattress needs updating. overall, the location was good and the splash resort was alot of fun for little ones to play. the beach access was very convenient. we had a good time for our family vacation.

Stay was great, good communication between the host and the amenities.
The elevator can be a bit time consuming but nothing a good vitamin sea won’t cure.
